Our AI receptionist acts as an intelligent gatekeeper that handles incoming calls professionally. The system assesses the intent and urgency of every call, effectively filters between serious leads and unsolicited sales approaches, and makes sure valuable prospects, in the form of structured leads, are passed straight through to your sales team.
The leads are also often already quite warm, since the assistant already gives the sale a head start. By answering questions based on a loaded FAQ. Plus answering the questions needed before we can help the customer further.
Technical innovation
The technical architecture behind this solution is as elegant as it is effective. We built a robust Python FastAPI backend that integrates seamlessly with both telecom providers and state-of-the-art AI models from OpenAI and ElevenLabs. The result is natural, real-time voice-to-voice communication between caller and AI assistant.
A crucial breakthrough in our system is the use of “OpenAI’s Realtime API.” Instead of traditional request-response cycles, we use a continuous socket connection with minimal latency. This creates a smooth, natural conversation that is indistinguishable from human interaction.
