One website for every commercial property project

Wouter, the client, runs a company with several business partners that builds and sells commercial units. Before, they worked with separate sites for each property project, built with a free website builder. That was hard to maintain and sometimes caused confusion, especially for potential investors. So they brought in RapidLeap to build a professional website with an overview of all their property projects.

Since only a handful of visitors are needed to sell all the units, they chose not to invest in search engine optimization. Instead they use ads with no fixed costs. Even so, thanks to its solid structure this website ranks on page 1 for a lot of search terms. For the keyword “bedrijfsunits” the site even sits at position #1.
